
A 75min Yoga class, designed around a weekly theme and Intention. This class is a floor based class, making use of different supports, to find comfort in a pose and then hold the position for an extended time. So a small number of postures, but each with extended time in each pose. The second part of the class is an extended relaxation, with either Yoga Nidra or Guided Visualization.
This class will offer a deep feeling of relaxation, whilst finding space and healing in the body.
All Props are provided, including Bolster's, blocks, blankets, pillows and eye pillows.
