After class, warm your heart with a cup of rich ceremonial cacao and a sweet seasonal treat—the perfect pause to savour the moment.
Then sink into a guided Christmas Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing meditation that quiets the mind and restores the body, leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded, and ready to truly enjoy the season.
This is your permission to slow down.

A 60min Yoga class, designed around a weekly theme and Intention. Classes include Breath, Asana and Relaxation. Helping to bring both the mind and body into balance, as well as building strength and flexibility. Props are available.
Suitable for beginners

Past weekly classes, including Weekly Flow Classes (Approx 50min) and and our Gentle Flow 30min practice, with a 30min Yoga Nidra or Relaxation.

A 60min Yoga class, in the great out doors. Set in the beautiful setting of Alexander Memorial Park, Stonehouse ML9 3LN. Making use of the beautifully restored Bandstand, looking over the valley.
The classes will include Breath, Asana and Relaxation. Helping to bring both the mind and body into balance, as well as building strength and flexibility.
