This week we are moving up from our Open heart to find our Throat Chakra. This is where we find attunement with what we say and what we hear, does it resonate in our heart.

Today we are specifically thinking about the language that we hear around us. Does the language and tone fill your heart with love or hate. The spoken word creates our world, and the words that people choose to use will impact the type of world that is created.
