Elaine MacRaild, mum to Millie and Dog mum to Rudi. I've been kicking about for over 50 years and for a long period of that, I had no idea who I was or what I really felt about things. For the last 20 years, I've been working on figuring that out.
During this time, I've studied Yoga, meditation, hypnotherapy and kinesiology. I've found that you need to be working both the mind and the body to bring them together in synergy.
and it continually amazes me how our body and our mind are interconnected.
On this path I've discovered a number of things that have really helped and now I want to put it all together to help others figure out who they are and where they want to be.
